A few words about the product

Sauerkraut originates in Germany. It is made from cabbage and salt and is combined with meat or cold cuts, usually in winter when there is a lack of fresh salads. It is made from Greek raw materials and is produced with the natural fermentation process for at least 4 weeks. A product that helps the proper functioning of the intestine, as it is a natural source of prebiotics and many vitamins and minerals.
