A traditional pickled cabbage recipe, a very special and delicious version of the well-known pickled cabbage. It is chopped, with the addition of garlic and spices. An ideal meze for tsipouro. It becomes a very tasty salad, used to be consumed by ancients during the days of fasting, with the addition of oil and lemon or olive oil and white vinegar and a little red pepper or boukovo.
