A few words about the product
Pickled eggplants are one of the favorite dishes of the Pontians and Asia Minor. In this way the housewives preserved the vegetables of summer in winter. A slice of red pepper is placed on the top like a lid. It has a very spicy taste and is one of the three "staple" products of our company.
