RAW ORGANIC SAUERKRAUT
Information
A few words about the product
Sauerkraut has its roots in ancient China with its history beginning about 2000 years ago.
It is believed to have been invented by the workers of the Great Wall, to cover their nutritional needs in the difficult working conditions.
It was one of the first products to be made using the wild fermentation method, followed by kimchi, kombucha and kefir.
It consists of only two ingredients: organic cabbage and sea salt and is fermented in its own fluids.
Its name comes from its characteristic sour taste due to lactic acid.
