A few words about the product
Caper is a perennial plant of the Mediterranean and the Middle East, known for its edible fruits (buds), which can be found in many Greek islands. It contains a sufficient amount of protein, vitamins A, E, C and K and many minerals. It is also a powerful source of fiber. It has a special spicy taste and we at Lagadas farm make it pickled with white wine vinegar.
