A few words about the product
They are considered as an excellent food, as they contain negligible amounts in fat and sugar, but significant amounts in fiber. Mushroom proteins, due to the presence of all the essential amino acids, are of high biological value and compete in quality with animal proteins, but without the toxins, fats and cholesterol found in animal protein, as a result they are considered ideal for vegetarians.
The mushrooms, after going through fermentation process, are lightly cooked, marinated in sunflower oil with spices.
