A few words about the product
Rock Samphire is a very special plant, which can be found in many Greek islands. It contains many nutrients, such as iodine, and vitamins E, C and K and minerals. It also contains high quality antioxidants and omega-3 fats.
We make it pickled with garlic and white wine vinegar.
Served with a few drops of extra virgin olive oil. The ideal meze!
