A few words about the product
Sushi style pickled vegetable is another "originality" of our company in order to become one of its "staple" products. It took a long time of experimentation and testing, so as to visually and tastefully combine two different in their basic ingredients cuisines. The result will surprise you! After the fermentation process, all vegetables are rinsed well to discard the excess salt and are placed on the workbench. The vegetables are cut by hand into pieces of a certain size, placed one on top of the other and are wrapped in a roll, like sushi.
