THE  HISTORY

With the utmost respect to gastronomy and tradition, to the earth and its fruits, to the food and its recipients, we make pickled vegetables.

In 2010, founder Nikos Kamariotis and his son Angelos decided to start a gastronomic journey, with an emphasis on tradition, to redefine pickled vegetables.

Through innovative and tasty suggestions their goal remains to bring pickled vegetables back into our everyday lives, for a casual table setting but with a gourmet twist.

Following the tradition that has been passed through the generations we are proud to provide you the products that carry their own identity

OUR VISION

So, a vision was born. To bring this delicacy and its Greek identity to the rest of the world, giving it the spot it deserves both in the domestic market as well as in the international market.

The Farms’ 10,000 sq.meters lay in the fertile valley of Lagadas, on the outskirts of Thessaloniki. Here, our vegetables are cultivated with care, dedication and respect to the earth.

In our modern production unit, the excellent raw materials in combination with the traditional recipes that our ancestors brought with them from Asia Minor, offer the pure and delicious Lagadas Farm food experience.

HONORS

Our Farm has participated in national and international exhibitions such as TIF-HELEXPOS Detrop 2015 and Detrop Boutique 2016, Foodexpo 2016 in Athens and Places & Flavors’#oriste Europe Event 2017. We are also proud to announce that we will participate in the #oriste World Event 2018.

Lagadas Farm is honored with the Packing and Design Award from Detrop Boutique 2016.

Lagadas Farm is ISO 22000 certified.
